1. To report on the first year of the Association (Chair)

2. To report on the Financial Position and No. of Members (Hon. Treasurer)

3. To approve the entrance fee and annual subscriptions for the next year

4. To elect for the following year: Chair / Deputy / Treasurer

5. To elect for the following year: 5 Sectorial Reps

6. To elect for the following year: Honorary President

7. To elect for the following year: Honorary Secretary
